Visualization Journaling Technique

Part of the law of attraction is visualizing yourself with what you want. Some things are, of course, easier to visualize than others. For example, if you want a pool in your backyard, you can very easily imagine your backyard, all the plants around the area where you want the pool, the shape of the pool, the size, etc. It is easy to see every detail.
Other things are more challenging. If you are trying to visualize a new love in your life, you might find it hard to picture a stranger you have never met and all their uniqueness. But what you can visualize are the feelings around the person you want to attract into your life. You can envision feeling safe, secure, happy, and loved. You don't want to picture a specific person because the Universe knows the perfect person for you; if you imagine someone different, you might miss out on the right person. Also, that person has free will, too, so you may leave yourself open to disappointment if that person isn't envisioning you.
I heard about the visualization technique I mentioned in my video on YouTube by Clark Kegley, and I found it very helpful. I struggle with picturing details that, to me, are unimportant. I don't feel what color outfit I wear is essential or the smells around me. But you need those details to paint yourself a complete picture you can visualize. In my journal, I can breathe and take the time to add details I might not have in my mind's eye.
One more note: when you journal, make sure to journal all the steps to the goal you are visualizing. If your goal is a new job, you should visualize searching the internet for jobs, applying for them, and even being rejected for a few and how you handle that hurdle. Every detailed step you visualize and journal is one step closer to reaching your goal.
When you are done visualizing, remember to apply the law of Action!
