Mindset Monday - Resolve to Improve Yourself

Have you made your internal resolutions for the year? We all make resolutions to lose weight, get to the gym more, eat healthier, find a new job, spend more time with family, etc. What if we focused on ourselves first? We have all heard that we should always put ourselves first, but how many of us do that?
This year let's all make resolutions to improve ourselves and put ourselves first. We can focus on loving ourselves, reading self-help books, doing things that inspire our minds, meditating, etc. We can even choose to do some of these things together. When was the last time you went to a guided meditation somewhere on the full moon? Do you have a place you go when you need to de-stress and when was the last time you went? I realize that the COVID rates are rising again since we are in the winter season, but don't let that stop you from expanding on things that make you feel better.
Here are a few of my internal resolutions this year.
I resolve to expand my spiritual journey with online courses and reading books. By doing this, I am gaining insights into who I really am and ideas to share on the website with you.
I resolve to work on loving myself for the person I have become and not worrying about what others think of me.
I resolve to say 'no' when I don't want to do something or don't have the time to do it. I am going to put my wants above others when I can. I realize I can't do this in every instance, but I will do it more than I did in the past, as I always put others' needs above mine.
Note: In my video, I reference this book by Louise Hay. She did pass and so I wanted to note she Was the founder of HayHouse.
